This phelonion is cut in the form of a bell. Black velvet around the shoulders is embroidered with pearls, glass, silver studs, (rosettes). Twisted stems and crowns compose the ornament.

Around the shoulders on the lower edge there are five silver gilt buttons. The phelonion is sewn of French beige gilded damask ornamented with climbing ribbons with leaves and fruits and large ornamental broken rectangular strips. The lower edge of the phelonion is sewn of Iranian brocade with an ornament composed of large and narrow strips with stylized flowers and geometrical ornaments. Lining - green canvas, boarded with a crimson strip.
