Bookplate inside upper board "Ex Bibliotheca Renessiana" may refer to the Count de Renesse-Breidbach who sold 437 objects, including one manuscript, on 1 October 1835 in Antwerp.

Purchased from Mr Thomas Rodd, bookseller, (b. 1796, d. 1836), January 1836 with money from the Bridgewater fund.
